ColorPoint™

Imagine endless possibilities.  ColorPoint™ tufting technology allows you to create incredible multi-color patterns you thought were only possible from a loom! Now you have the ability to make axminster type designs in a never seen before all loop-pile and tip sheared tufted construction. ColorPoint™ can tuft one to six colors in patterns with unlimited size pattern repeats. This breakthrough technology has the ability to do multiple pile heights and textures using single stitch pinpoint accuracy. With ColorPoint™ you get true machine gauge high density in the face of the carpet with no buried ends. ColorPoint™ is todays most advanced carpet making equipment and is sure to be instrumental in creating the unique custom carpet you require.

Infinity Scroll

This very innovative machinery offers the capabilities to design patterns with unlimited pattern repeats. This is created by using individual servomotors that control each individual yarn. In addition to an unlimited pattern repeat, multiple pile heights can be added to any pattern which allow you to shear the carpet. Shearing the yarn adds a new dimension, texture and color options to any product.

Level Cut Loop (LCL)

This machinery can make patterns of any scale in solid and multi color. It puts full gauge density in the face with no buried ends. Designs with unlimited size pattern repeats can be achieved. Since it is not necessary to shear the carpet the are no restrictions in the amount of cut pile in the face of the carpet.

Enhanced Loop

For years enhanced loop has been a staple for basic room carpet. Products can be produced in all loop or tip sheared to add cut pile texture and tonal color change from loop to cut. Enhanced tufting is limited to small scale geometric pattern repeats.
